The interior remodel is dominated by two large skylights, facing north to catch the indirect light without adding solar heat gain.
The existing patio became an outdoor sunken living room with custom built-in seating and tables. The dropped floor bring the head down to floor level creating a brand new view of the house.
The Ceiling Beams from inside the house extend through the wall and become a trellis over the outdoor room (patio)
